This kind of teaching wasn’t what they were accustomed to. And what was Pastor Joseph saying now? That speaking in tongues wasn’t a necessary proof of salvation? That women shouldn’t be pastors? What would he think of next? And how odd it was that Pastor Joseph seemed content just to explain the Bible in his “sermons.” He wasn’t even trying to emulate Kenneth Copeland or Benny Hinn anymore.

Prayers Answered, Preachers Needed
In the past year alone, God has opened doors geographically. He has opened doors relationally. And most importantly, He has opened doors spiritually…Now that so many doors are opening up, we need to continue trusting God to provide the men who will walk through them.

Men Can Train, But God Transforms | South Africa
The Apostle Paul admitted that—while he “planted” the word in Corinth, and Apollos “watered” it after him—at the end of the day “God was causing the growth” that he saw in people’s lives (1 Corinthians 3:6). And while the work to cultivate a man’s heart can seem slow and unfruitful, Paul reminds us that God is always at work behind the scenes. Even in surprising ways.

God’s People in Ukraine and Europe
Jesus said for us not to be afraid of those who can only kill the body but to be afraid of the One who can destroy the soul in hell… I don’t want to act like I’m so brave or courageous because I’m not, but I feel like God’s Spirit has been ministering to me and to others in our church and helping us not to lose heart and have this heavenly perspective on the situation
Two Testimonies from Persecuted Pastors
After COVID pushed most of our programs online for a time, we’ve seen God use our online presence to reach pastors in restricted-access countries. An encouraging example of this comes from…

As the situation worsens in Ukraine, our team members have shared the following updates and prayer requests.
Ukraine Prayer Update
It has been one week since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, and the damage and loss of life has been devastating. Please continue to pray for Ukraine, especially our dear brothers and sisters who are in harm’s way. The Lord has been kind to allow communication with our teams, and they’ve asked that we relay the following updates and prayer requests.
From Ukraine: “Please Pray Big Time”
As we gather this Sunday for corporate worship, please keep our dear brothers and sisters in Ukraine at the forefront of your prayers. Praise God our TMAI leaders and missionaries are doing well. Here are a few updates directly from them:
Prayer Needed for Ukraine
We ask that you join us in prayer as Russia has invaded Ukraine. Only the Lord knows how extensive the fallout will be, but millions of lives are being affected.
We’ve been in regular communication with our missionaries and teams in Ukraine, and we praise the Lord they are currently safe and doing well in Christ. Know they have decided to stay and shepherd their churches through this difficult time. They’ve told us it’s their “privilege” to do so as they serve Him.
Now’s the Time to Pray for Ukraine
As you’ve probably heard, Russia may soon invade Ukraine. In light of these reports, TMAI’s missionaries in Ukraine have told us that they plan to remain in-country to “help during what could be Ukraine’s greatest time of need.”
How TMAI Equips Evangelists in Italy – An Update from ITA
While evangelism is a must for any healthy church, every evangelist needs to be “nourished on the words of the faith” to declare the words of the faith (1 Tim 4:6; 2 Tim 3:16–17). This balance is critical, and ITA has been blessed to see God restoring it in Italy.
The Incredible Impact of In-Country Training
Every pastor wants to learn God’s word, but none of them want to have to leave their people—much less their country—to do so. By helping to develop new TMAI schools in new countries, you can help entire congregations to mature right alongside their pastors, week after week.
How God Shapes Hearts: A Thank You from South Africa

Why Argentina Is Asking for Our Help
The fact that there’s this much of a hunger for strong preaching in South America tells us that the Spirit of God is at work. This region has long been trampled underfoot by the lies of Roman Catholicism and the prosperity gospel, but God is awakening this region with an appetite for the truth.
