Each person’s life has an outward effect on human history.
Like a stone thrown in pond, the ripple effect of one person’s actions and influence will reverberate throughout time. Only the Lord, the Author of all events, can know its full impact and scope. Thus, we have a responsibility to employ all we have for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.
We have a responsibility to employ all we have for the glory of God and the advancement of His Kingdom.
And there are men all around the world committed to doing just that.
This season, TMAI’s goal is to support these men through the funding of student scholarships.
Training indigenous men to shepherd churches in their nations has a multiplying effect. When one man is trained, not only is his life, marriage, and ministry transform, but so too does the lives, marriages, families, and culture of his whole church community.
One example comes from South Africa, from a man seeing this begin in his life through his TMAI training.

Cayden came to Christ Seminary (CS) at the age of 16, after meeting some fellow Christians who fascinated him.
“They were living out a very different Christianity to what I was,” he shares. “Whenever I had a question, they gave me an answer from the Scriptures. I could see in their lives that they wanted to submit to God’s word in every area and thus glorify God with their lives.”
“I was tremendously drawn to them,” he goes on. “I wanted to be with them more and more, and then one factor became apparent that they all had in common—they had all studied at CS and invited me to do the same.”
The mentorship and discipleship Cayden received at CS transformed his life. The living testimony of these faithful men ignited a new conviction and purpose within him, “A new love for the Lord was kindled in my heart,” he states.
And this kindling was fed through his ability to attend Christ Seminary.
With seminary training, I’ve been able to explain how to interpret and present the word of God to other young people so that they might do the same.
“Coming to seminary through the help of TMAI has greatly influenced my sanctification, my development as a man, and guided me in my calling to ministry.”
Cayden’s life was changed, first by the discipleship of fellow Christians, then by being taught to rightly interpret, study, and preach the word of God. With this knowledge, Cayden recognizes his responsibility to continue this ripple of discipleship, teaching the next generation. “With seminary training, I’ve been able to explain how to interpret and present the word of God to other young people so that they might do the same.”
And so, the multiplication continues with one man being inspired, discipled, and given the opportunity to shepherd others through financial giving. TMAI thanks you for your continued support in aiding the ministry of men like Cayden through student scholarships.
Please consider partnering with us financially or in prayer for the sake of men like Cayden being used by the Lord to advance the gospel around the world.
