Prayer Update—January 23, 2017

“Let all the earth fear the Lord;
Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.”
Psalm 33:8

Dear Praying Friends,

  • Thank the Lord for another graduate of TBA (Croatia) who has taken on the role of professor, joining two other graduates already doing so! Also, pray for open doors for partnership and cooperation with church leaders in Macedonia following a trip two TBA professors made to the area in October. Some of those visited may be interested in furthering their training at TBA.
  • The team at CAPA (Malawi) grew by four families last year! Pray for them to be godly examples as well as faithful teachers to the CAPA students. There has been some progress in the accreditation process, but it is not yet finalized. Pray that accreditation would be granted soon.
  • Pray for wisdom for our training center in East Asia as they will be navigating some new regulations targeting religious activity. Thank the Lord for the two students who have each planted new churches and have already been blessed to baptize many new believers.
  • Pray for two new modular preaching program sites that TEA (Philippines) will be launching this month and next month in Quezon City and Baguio. This makes five sites where the expository preaching program is now being taught. Pray for the strength and stamina of the professors as they travel and teach. Pray also for the students to be encouraged by what they are learning and anxious to put it into practice.
  • Pray for the people and resources needed to sustain the radio ministry of WGBI (Russian language/multi-country). In order to flourish, a dedicated team of people are required to constantly be recording and editing material to broadcast.
  • Pray for the TMAI symposium preparations that are underway and for the preparations of the featured speakers as they focus on “The Uniqueness of the Gospel and Its Impact on World Missons.” It will be held February 27, 2017.

Thank you for praying with us.
